Mobile Machinery

Our concrete forming machinery are the result of decades of experience and research in the field of production of concrete products, using reliable and quality construction methods and state of the art technologies to provide efficiency, security and EU standard compliance.

Here you will find the machinery’s principal functions, their specification elements and techniques which justify the prices to pay and the undeniable quality.

Function:

Structural support for all the components that make the machine.

Description:

Frame divided in 2 sub-frames, made of structural features inside of which all the functions are completed. The main frame is made of high resistance beams that guarantee stability, resistance against vibration and support of loads generated by the production process.

Function:

Compost storage and mould feed.

Description:

The container is fixed to the main frame via anchor brackets, and it has the task to to contain enough compost to make the machine work independently. The compost is loaded into the container using a traditional fork lift with a mechanical loading plate or using traditional conveyor systems that may be available on the work shop. The amount of compost that feeds the mould is controlled by the operator opening and closing the bottom access panel which is activated by a hydraulic cylinder.

Function:

Mould compost feed.

Description:

The distribution tray has the function of transferring the compost from its container to the receiving mould. The transfer between the container and the mould is obtained by a barrel moving along 2 runners fitted on a rigid structure. The barrel itself has vibrating plates powered by hydraulics and they ensure a better distribution of the compost into the mould. This allows to use a high quantity of compost and fill up the tool with only a few transfers. The barrel has also 2 shaving plates, one in the front and one in the back, which shave off the extra compost in the tool and make it level.

Function:

Lifting of the mould to allow its rotation and release of concrete product.

Description:

The lifting of the mould is done by two trolleys (which the spindles that hold the mould are fixed to) that run along 4 guides and are moved with the use of 4 hydraulic cylinders. Theguides, with their triangular section, give an exceptional stability to the whole movement. The special treatments and the highly detailed features of the couplings guarantee high efficiency and precision. The parallel and simoultaneous movement of the trolleys is guaranteed by 2 chains linked to the same gear.

Function:

Rotating of the mould.

Description:

The rotation of the mould is obtained with 2 motor/hydraulic gear couplings, which commutate a linear motion into a rotating one. The rotating torque is many times higher than the necessary one to rotate even the biggest of moulds. This over-specification guarantees speed, precision and almost unlimited usage.

Function:

Powering and functioning of electrical, electronic and hydraulic systems.

Description:

Electrical circuit: Nominal Power between 18KW and 27KW at 380V. Complies with all CE safety regulations, all controls are low voltage and every component is under water proof insulation. The main power is 3 phase + Ground. The circuit is designed following all CE regulations, is fully operational under every weather condition and allows the operator to work in complete safety.

Hydraulic circuit:

Powered by 2 separate pumps. Vibration controlled via inverter.

Function:

Pressing of compost.

Description:

The vibration is obtained via high frequency vibrators of 1500Kg each. They are mounted in the bottom section of the mould. The vibration frequency can be adjusted to the optimal value depending on the type of tool and application using an inverter. The vibrators supplied with the machine are universally fitted on every mould. They work at 380V and they guarantee maximum safety to the operator, due to their controls being on the main panel.

Function:

Safety of the operator and CE compliance.

Description:

The machinery is supplied with safety systems, protection, schematics and instruction and maintenance manuals compliant to CE 89/392.
